For hotels, resorts and serviced apartments

The car is already waiting. With their name on it.

A guest’s stay begins before they reach your lobby. It begins at an arrivals gate at 02:40, looking for a driver who may or may not be there. Get that wrong and you have spent your first impression before check-in.

The arrival, step by step

Four moments where transport makes or breaks the stay

  1. 01

    The booking

Reservations or the guest requests a pickup. Flight number, terminal and guest name captured once, on the booking itself.

  2. 02

    The dispatch

A reporting time set ahead of the landing, so the car is in position before the guest walks out — not summoned once they call.

  3. 03

    The meeting

The chauffeur carries the placard name on the job. Your front desk can see the vehicle live and answer before the guest asks.

  4. 04

    The charge

The trip lands against the guest’s account with distance, timings and amount — ready to reach the folio without anyone re-typing it.

For the front office

Answer the guest before they have to ask

Most transport complaints are not about the car. They are about not knowing — where it is, whether it is coming, and who to ask.

See every vehicle live

The concierge desk can see where a car is without phoning the chauffeur, and tell a waiting guest something true.

Flight-aware reporting times

Flight number and a reporting lead recorded on the booking, so the car is positioned ahead of arrival rather than after it.

The placard name, on the job

The name that goes on the board travels with the booking to the chauffeur — no separate message, no misspelling.

Reach the chauffeur, not their number

Guest and driver can message through the app, so nobody exchanges personal phone numbers.

Your own chauffeurs or a vendor

Run the property’s own cars, an external fleet, or both — with each vendor’s rates and performance tracked separately.

Emergency alerts

A chauffeur can raise an alert from the vehicle. It escalates on your console until someone takes ownership of it.

Billing that reconciles

Every transfer accounted for, at month end and at checkout

A signed record per transfer

Distance, timings, chauffeur, vehicle and amount, with a signature captured at drop-off — so a queried charge has an answer.

Corporate and travel-agent accounts

Consolidated monthly invoices per account with GST handled correctly and purchase-order references carried through.

Rates that apply themselves

Airport transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, outstation packages and waiting time — priced the same way every time.

Cancellations and no-shows

Rules you set for a guest who never appears, so the cost of a car sent and unused stops being invisible.

Getting live

Configured around your property, not the other way round

Questions properties ask

Common questions

Can we run our own chauffeurs and an external fleet together?

Yes. The property’s own cars and one or more external vendors can run side by side, with each vendor’s agreed rates, settlement and on-time performance tracked separately — so you can see which supplier actually turns up.

How does the guest’s name reach the chauffeur for the placard?

It travels with the booking. The placard name is captured once when the transfer is booked and appears on the job in the driver’s app, so there is no separate message to send and nothing to misspell at 02:00.

Can transfers be charged to a guest folio?

Each transfer produces a signed record with distance, timings, chauffeur, vehicle and amount, held against the guest’s booking and ready to be posted. Talk to us about how that record reaches your property system.

What happens when a flight is delayed?

The reporting time is set on the booking ahead of the landing rather than being triggered by the guest calling. Your front office can see where the car is at any point and move the reporting time when a flight slips.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. A guest can be moved entirely from your desk. If they do use the passenger app they can follow the vehicle live and message the chauffeur without either party exchanging a phone number.
