Every booking, driver and invoice on one system.
Whether you run cabs for your own staff and guests, or transport is your business, the problem is the same: bookings in one place, drivers in another, and paperwork rebuilt by hand every month. cabsoft.app puts all of it on one connected operation — a web console for your office, a passenger app, a driver app, and one shared record behind all three.
Built for Indian operators — GST-compliant invoicing, in rupees, out of the box.

Which one are you?
The problems are different, so the answers are too. Start where you actually sit.
We run cabs for our own people
Transport is not your business — it is an obligation. You need staff and guests to arrive safely, costs kept under control, and evidence when someone asks what happened.
Transport is our business
You sell rides. You need dispatch that keeps up, drivers used well, corporate contracts billed accurately, and collections that do not slip.
Four problems that get worse as you grow
Allocation depends on one person
As volume rises, matching each booking to the right available driver becomes slower and less consistent — and every delay is felt by a waiting passenger.
Nobody can see the trip
Answering “where is my car?” means phoning the driver. Customers call the office for the same reason, and the office absorbs the cost.
Corporate invoices are rebuilt monthly
Duty slips are collected, checked, priced and typed up by hand. This is where disputes start and where revenue quietly leaks away.
Rates live in people’s heads
Different rates by vehicle, trip type, package, peak hour and supplier are almost impossible to apply consistently by hand.
Not a booking app. The whole operation.
Each part feeds the next, so a booking taken this morning is a priced, settled, invoiced trip without anyone re-entering it.
Bookings from every channel
Your desk, the passenger app, bulk import, or a corporate account — all into the same pipeline, with passengers, addresses and scheduling captured once.
Automatic dispatch
Work is allocated by rules you configure. Offers expire if unanswered, and advance bookings are swept automatically so nothing is forgotten.
Live trip tracking
Driver location streams in real time, with the full route retained against the trip for anyone who asks about it later.
The driver app
Offers, navigation, OTP-verified starts, odometer photographs, passenger messaging, signature capture and earnings — the whole job runs from the phone.
Pricing that applies itself
Tariffs by vehicle and trip type, packages, peak-time rates, waiting charges, tolls and driver allowance — calculated the same way every time.
Wallets and settlement
Customer wallets and top-ups, driver earnings and withdrawals, supplier settlement — one place for money held and money owed.
Corporate billing that stands up to scrutiny
When a corporate trip completes, a numbered duty slip is raised automatically — driver, vehicle, route, distance, timings and charges, with the passenger’s signature captured before the driver can close the ride.
The repetitive decisions, made the same way every time
Completing a trip sets off a chain of work: actual distance and fare recorded, driver earnings credited, the corporate duty slip raised, outstanding balances recovered.
Cancellation rules you set
Per company, per trip type, and depending on who cancelled: charge nothing, deduct from the wallet, carry it to the next trip, or add it to the monthly invoice.
No-shows, fairly handled
Drivers can report a no-show only after the agreed waiting time. The office decides whether anyone is actually charged — judgement stays with your team.
Everyone told immediately
Changes reach the passenger, the driver and your operations desk as they happen, using message templates you control.

Common questions
What is transport management software?
Transport management software runs the whole lifecycle of a passenger journey in one place: taking the booking, allocating a vehicle and driver, tracking the trip while it happens, pricing it against agreed rates, and turning it into an invoice. The alternative — a booking sheet, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet — works until volume or a corporate client makes it fail.
Is cabsoft.app for companies with their own fleet, or for taxi operators?
Both, and the difference matters. An organisation running staff or guest transport is managing an obligation: people arriving safely, costs attributable, evidence available afterwards. A commercial operator is running a business: dispatch keeping up, drivers used well, corporate contracts billed on time. The system underneath is the same; the pages, reports and workflows you use are not.
Does it handle Indian GST on transport invoices?
Yes. Consolidated corporate invoices apply CGST and SGST within a state or IGST across one, determined from the place of supply rather than typed in. Reverse charge and exempt treatment are supported, invoice numbering follows the April–March financial year, and totals are written out in Indian numbering.
Can the apps carry our own branding?
Yes. The passenger and driver apps are published under your own name, identity and colours, so your corporate clients and your passengers see you rather than a platform.
Can we run several vendors or sub-contractors through it?
Yes. Each vendor can have its own rates, and settlement and on-time performance are tracked per vendor — which is usually the point, because most transport desks and most operators run more than one supplier.
Let’s talk about how your fleet actually runs
Every operation is different. The most useful next step is a conversation about where the manual effort sits today, and what your corporate clients demand.
