Transport management software for Bengaluru fleets and campuses
No Indian city moves more people to work by contracted vehicle than Bengaluru — and none loses more time doing it. The transport problem here is not distance, it is the gap between when a shift ends and when the last person actually reaches home.
Four Bengaluru transport problems we see repeatedly
The longest night drops in the country
A drop that covers thirty kilometres of Outer Ring Road can take two hours. Employers carry the duty of care for every one of those minutes, usually across several contractors.
Shift transport at scale
Thousands of staff on rotating shifts moving through a small number of access points. Coordination, not capacity, is what fails first.
Campuses on the wrong side of the city
Staff drawn from across Bengaluru into corridors with limited late transport — which makes employer-arranged vehicles the only realistic option.
Long, expensive airport transfers
An airport an hour and a half from most of the city means transfers are contract work with real money attached, and a car that fails to appear is an expensive failure.
What Bengaluru operators and transport desks ask for
Evidence for night-shift duty of care
Live tracking while staff are in the vehicle, the retained route afterwards, verified pickups and escalating emergency alerts.
Several contractors, one record
Bengaluru transport desks almost always run multiple vendors. Rates, settlement and on-time performance tracked per vendor, with the trip record staying with you.
On-time measured honestly
Arrival against the agreed reporting time, within your tolerance — taken from the trip, not from the vendor’s own report.
Corporate billing that survives procurement
Duty slips, consolidated monthly tax invoices, PO references and GST handled properly — the paperwork large Bengaluru clients insist on.
Airport transfer contracts
Fixed-route pricing for KIA transfers, with reporting times set ahead of the landing rather than triggered by a phone call.
Branded apps
Passenger and driver apps under your own identity, which matters when you are selling to a client who could go direct.
Common questions
We use three transport vendors in Bengaluru. Does that work?
It is the normal case. Each vendor holds its own rates, and settlement and on-time performance are tracked separately — while the tracking, routes and signed trip records stay with you rather than with whichever contractor drove.
Can it cope with a two-hour night drop covering many stops?
The journey is tracked live throughout and the full route is retained afterwards, so a long multi-drop run is evidenced end to end. Note that automatic route optimisation is not something we claim — the sequence is yours to set.
