This covers this website. It does not cover the cabsoft.app product itself, which is governed by the agreement with the organisation that licenses it.

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the demonstration form we receive your name, email address, organisation, the optional phone number and message, and which page you submitted from. Nothing else is gathered about you.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and to have a useful conversation about your transport operation. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run a drip sequence, and we do not sell or share enquiry details with anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If we later add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, this page will say so before it happens rather than afterwards.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are sent to our own systems. The site itself is static files and holds no data about you.
Asking us about your data
Write to info@qwicksoft.com and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. A person will answer.
