Common questions
Can transport be charged back to individual business units?
Yes. Each unit can be set up as its own billing account, so journeys are booked against it and appear on that account’s consolidated monthly invoice, with purchase-order references carried through.
Do you support movement that is not a passenger?
Yes. Inter-site movement of samples or documents can be booked, tracked and recorded against the requesting department in the same way as a staff journey.
