The job runs from the phone. The record writes itself.
Two apps, one system. The driver works the trip; the passenger follows it; and every action — the arrival, the verified start, the distance, the signature — lands in the same record your office and your invoices read from.
Everything the driver needs, and everything you need recorded
Offers and acceptance
Jobs arrive with the detail needed to decide, and expire if unanswered so work never sits with someone who has stopped looking.
Verified starts
A one-time code confirms the right passenger boarded before the trip begins.
Odometer photographs
Opening and closing readings captured with the rear camera where the trip type needs them, with implausible readings challenged.
Messaging without numbers
Driver and passenger can talk from the moment of assignment until the trip starts, without exchanging phone numbers.
Signature at drop-off
On corporate rides the passenger signs on the phone — and the trip cannot be closed without a signature or a recorded reason.
Emergency alerts
Raised from the vehicle and escalated on the operations console until someone takes ownership.
Fewer calls to your desk
Most calls to a transport office are one of two questions: where is it, and what will it cost. Both can be answered without a person.
Book with a fare preview
Pick up and drop on the map, choose the vehicle, and see the fare before confirming.
Follow the vehicle
Live position from assignment to arrival, so nobody waits at a kerb wondering.
Trip history and receipts
Every past journey with its detail, available without asking your office for it.
Wallet and top-ups
Balances, top-up offers and payment handled in the app.
Saved places
Home, work and recent destinations, so a routine booking takes seconds.
Your brand, not ours
Published under your name and identity, in your colours.
Where it is now, and where it went
Real-time position
Vehicle location streamed to your console and to the passenger, at a reporting frequency you configure per journey type.
The route, retained
The full breadcrumb kept against the trip — so the question asked weeks later has an answer that is not a recollection.
Distance you can defend
Distance measured from the journey itself, held alongside the billed figure so the two can be compared.
Works with a backgrounded app
Notifications reach drivers and passengers through push as well as the live connection, so an app that is not open still hears about a change.
Common questions
Are the apps published under our brand?
Yes. Both apps carry your name, identity, colours and vehicle types. Your passengers and your corporate clients see you rather than a platform.
How does a trip start? Can a driver mark a trip started before the passenger is in the car?
A trip starts against a one-time code held by the passenger, so the record shows the right person boarded before the meter began. That is what makes the trip record evidence rather than an assertion.
Can the driver and passenger talk without sharing phone numbers?
Yes. In-app messaging is available from the moment a driver is assigned until the trip starts, so neither party needs the other’s number.
What happens if the driver’s app is in the background?
Notifications reach drivers and passengers through push as well as the live connection, so a job offer or a status change still lands when the app is not open.
Are odometer readings captured?
Where the trip type calls for them, opening and closing readings are captured with the rear camera, and implausible readings are challenged at the point of entry rather than discovered at month end.
How long is the route kept?
The full breadcrumb is retained against the trip, so the question asked weeks later has an answer that is not a recollection. The distance measured from the journey is held alongside the billed distance so the two can be compared.
