Sixty cars. Three people on phones. Stop losing bookings.
Growth does not break your fleet — it breaks your coordination. Bookings arrive faster than the desk can allocate them, drivers idle while jobs wait, and corporate invoices take a week to assemble. cabsoft.app runs the whole operation on one system.
Offered by rule, not by whoever is free to call
The desk stops being the bottleneck
Allocation runs on rules you set, not on who happens to be free to make the call.
Automatic allocation
Bookings offered to eligible drivers by your rules, with offers expiring if unanswered so a job never sits with someone who has stopped looking.
Advance bookings swept
Tomorrow’s 05:30 outstation run is picked up automatically at the right moment — not remembered by a person.
Every channel, one queue
Phone bookings, the passenger app, corporate accounts and bulk imports all land in the same pipeline.
Live fleet view
Where every vehicle is, right now, and the route it actually took afterwards.
The driver app does the work
Offers, navigation, OTP-verified starts, odometer photographs, passenger messaging and earnings — the whole job on the phone.
Walk-in rides
A driver flagged down in the street can start a metered job from the app, so street work enters the same records as everything else.
Corporate contracts, billed without a week of paperwork
Retail work fills the day. Corporate contracts pay for the year — if you can invoice them accurately and on time.
A duty slip per trip, automatically
Raised the moment a corporate trip completes, with the passenger’s signature captured before the driver can close the ride.
One invoice per client, per month
A month of duty slips consolidated into a single tax invoice, with nothing billable twice.
GST handled properly
CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, reverse-charge and exempt treatment, financial-year numbering, amounts in words.
Each client’s own format
Per-client templates and paper size, designed in a visual editor — no development work to satisfy a client’s paperwork.
Fares, wallets, supplier payouts and collections in one place
Pricing that applies itself
Tariffs by vehicle and trip type, packages, peak-time rates, waiting charges, tolls and driver allowance — calculated the same way every time.
Driver earnings and wallets
Trip-level earnings, wallet balances and withdrawal requests, so a driver disputing their payout can be shown the ledger.
Grow past your own fleet
Subcontract to supplier fleets with their own rates, see the margin on each trip, and settle periodically.

Common questions
What is taxi dispatch software?
It is the system that takes bookings from every channel into one queue and allocates them to drivers by rules rather than by whoever is free to make the call. Offers go out, expire if unanswered, and move on — so a job never sits with a driver who has stopped looking at their phone.
Can we publish the apps under our own brand?
Yes. The passenger and driver apps are published under your own name, identity and colours. For an operator selling to corporate accounts this matters commercially — the client is buying you, not a platform they could have gone to directly.
Can we subcontract work to other fleets?
Yes. Supplier fleets can hold their own rates, so you can see the margin on each subcontracted trip and settle with each supplier periodically. That is usually how an operator grows past the size of their own fleet.
How are outstation and package trips priced?
Separately from city work, because they behave differently. Packages carry included kilometres and hours with extra-km and extra-hour rates beyond them, plus driver allowance, tolls and waiting charges — applied the same way every time rather than negotiated per booking.
What about street work a driver picks up directly?
A driver flagged down in the street can start a metered job from the app, so walk-in work enters the same records, the same earnings ledger and the same reports as everything else instead of being invisible.
