Common questions
How is the price calculated?
Per vehicle, per month. The band your fleet falls into sets the rate for every vehicle you run — it is not tiered cumulatively. A fleet of 100 vehicles is 100 times the second band’s rate, not 50 at the first band’s rate plus 50 at the second.
What counts as a vehicle?
A vehicle active on the platform during that month. Vehicles you have taken off the road, or added and not yet used, are not counted.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Implementation, configuration of your tariffs and vehicles, data migration and training are part of getting you live. Where an operation needs unusual integration work we will quote it separately and tell you before you commit, not afterwards.
Are the apps really published under our own brand?
Yes. Your passenger and driver apps carry your name, logo, colours and vehicle types on both Android and iOS. Your customers and corporate clients see you, not a platform they could go to directly.
Do you take a commission on our bookings?
No. You pay for the software per vehicle. What you charge your passengers and what you share with your drivers is yours — including whether you run a driver revenue share or a driver subscription model, both of which the platform supports.
What is not included in the price?
Third-party usage billed to your own accounts: map and geocoding usage, SMS or WhatsApp message costs, payment gateway transaction charges, and the Apple and Google developer accounts needed to publish your branded apps. The software subscription itself covers everything else.
Can we move between bands as we grow?
Yes. Your band follows your active vehicle count, so growing into a lower per-vehicle rate happens on its own.
We run more than 500 vehicles. What then?
Talk to us. Above 500 the shape of the operation matters more than the count — branches, supplier fleets, integrations and the support arrangement you need — so it is quoted per operation.
Is tax included, and why am I seeing this currency?
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Indian customers are invoiced with GST added; customers elsewhere are invoiced in US dollars, and any tax due in your own country is your responsibility. The page shows rupees or dollars based on where you appear to be, and you can switch it yourself at the top of the price list.
